Anabel started working at The Whitley Bay Clinic in 2021. She has Level 4 in Sports Therapy Massage and is trained in using Acupuncture to treat injuries and manage acute and persistent pain.

She has a background in working with young people with physical disabilities and was drawn to Sports massage through her love of running and the effects of massage whilst endurance training in the prevention and treatment of injury.
