Jill brings a wealth of experience to Whitley Bay Clinic as a Pilates and women’s fitness specialist, as well as one of our qualified Sports Massage Therapists.

Jill is also a Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor, teaching classes from Pilates, exercise to music and spinning.

Jill’s experience as manageress at Healthlands Ladies Only Fitness Club allows her to understand the fitness needs of women of all ages and experience. She also runs and operates FitforLife Newcastle running regular Bootcamps and Insanity classes in Whitley Bay.

Jill is a regular contributor of fitness related articles to ABC Magazine East, News Guardian and other publications. She is a very popular character on the Whitley Bay fitness scene and is passionate about nutrition and exercise.

Jill is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and the Register of Independent Professional Fitness Instructors.
