Cath qualified from the University of Northumbria with a first-class honours degree in 1995. She then completed over 50 post graduate courses specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. In 2003, she qualified as a member of the MACP and in 2006 she completed her MSc in manual therapy.


Cath has worked in a variety of settings in the UK and abroad. This has enabled her to gain invaluable experience treating a range of acute and chronic Musculoskeletal conditions. She has worked in several NHS hospitals, private clinics and sports clubs.


In addition to this Cath has vast experience in treating patients with pelvic health issues, including conditions related to bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction. She has completed a number of postgraduate courses and finds a really rewarding role. Alongside her work in clinic, she continues to work in the NHS as a senior Womens Health Physiotherapist and has particular expertise in ante and post natal back and pelvic girdle pain, bladder and bowel problems in men and women including constipation, Diastasis Rectus and post operative rehabilitation.


Cath is passionate about physio and always strives to give the best treatments to her patients.
