Whether you have experienced recent injury or are managing a long term condition, the specialist physiotherapists at Whitley Bay Clinic will improve your pain and enable you to discover a new level of health. At your initial assessment, your Chartered Physiotherpist will begin by taking a history of your symptoms and general health by listening to your problem and understanding your needs. This will be followed by a physical assessment of your problem area. On completion, your physio will be able to give you a clear diagnosis, prognosis and will work with you to develop a bespoke treatment plan guided by your specific goals.

At Whitley Bay Clinic we use a variety of proven techniques including hands on mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue work, electrotherapy, taping (including kinesiotape), strength and conditioning work and acupuncture in order to guarantee. We also provide a joint injection service.

However, the Whitley Bay Clinic Team are passionate that the most important treatment tool is is you! You play an instrumental role in your rehabilitation and from your first session you will be given your own techniques to improve your condition alongside the treatments carried out in clinic. Ultimately, you will have a program of exercises to help maintain the progress you make with us, remain pain free and minimise your chances of relapse, putting you in best health.
